Add Sales Reps Because of Healthcare Reform?

The answer is yes or at the very least engage your favorite CSO's services on a trial basis (see post below for the significant pharmaceutical revenue gain coming from insuring the uninsured).

Where? In the South. For what products? Products used especially by the younger patient population. Why?
Because the uninsured are primary young and are disproportionally located in the less manage care intensive pharma markets of the South.

More specifically, close to 20% of the population in the South today does not have health insurance compared to only 11% of the population in the North East and 12% of the Mid West. 25 million uninsured are between the ages of 19 and 44 years old which is a large chunk of the 35 to 45 million people who are uninsured.

By the way... The West also has a high uninsured population of 17%. Beefing up managed care organizations might be in order in that region.
